These characteristics are among the first pieces of information we can visualize and feel.

- Its orientation: the light activates the vision. whether it is the orientation of the whole building, then of each room.

- Its construction materials: They are decisive. These are the senses of vision, hearing, touch, smell (like wood, plaster, stone...)

- Its environment: Geographical location, climate, soil and subsoil (composition). Presence of natural elements: water, mountain, sea, forest... Presence of built elements: buildings, infrastructure...

On this point, I consider the technical aspects. I observe and analyse to optimize the design. I also meet the requirements of the build with adapted solutions.
